By scheduling an appointment and paying for the purchase, you agree that you will follow all Temple Policies and the guidance provided by Temple management and Temple volunteers at the time of the event. 

Using fireworks is dangerous and could cause harm if not done appropriately. You understand the risk involved and will be doing fireworks at your own risk and will not hold HCCT responsible for any harm done to yourself, your family or your friends. 

You will supervise your children under 18 years old during the use of fireworks.
